Did Telkom Media mislead ICASA
The Mail & Guardian has an article about the strategic blunders that Telkom finds itself. However, what I found most interesting is what has been bothering for a while now. Telkom Media was granted a pay-TV license on a business plan that showed R6 billion capitalisation from Telkom. It is very much possible that based on their capital injection alone, they were granted the license. Now Telkom has renegaded on that undertaking after the license has been granted, I find that a little misleading.
